1 – Purchase Withdrawal

1a – In this case, the amount spent on the purchase will be refunded, subject to the rules of the chosen payment method. If the customer prefers, they can exchange the product for another or generate a credit for the next purchase.

1b – The refunded amount will not include shipping costs; it will only refer to the product's value.

1d – The return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

1e – The product must be returned in its original packaging.

1f – Products will only be accepted if they are fully intact and without signs of damage or misuse. Otherwise, they will be returned to the buyer.

2 – Defective Product

2a – The product must be sent to the company's headquarters at Rua dos Patriotas, 1092, sobreloja – Ipiranga – São Paulo – SP – ZIP: 04207-030.

2b – The product must be sent in its original packaging.

2c – It must be accompanied by a brief description of the defect found.

2d – The product will be evaluated based on the reported issues.

2e – If no defects are found, or if signs of misuse, wear, or accidental damage are detected, the product will not be replaced and will be returned to the customer with postage due.
