  • Delivery Time: the minimum time for order dispatch is 2 to 5 business days. The delivery time for products varies depending on the location and the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase. We work with reliable carriers and the Brazilian Post Office to ensure that orders arrive within the estimated time frame. Check the estimated time frame on the checkout page, according to your zip code.

 

  • Shipping Methods: we offer shipping options via Brazilian Post Office (PAC and SEDEX) and partner carriers, depending on the destination region. The choice of delivery method influences the shipping time and cost.

 

  • Order Tracking: after confirming the purchase, you will receive a tracking code to monitor the delivery status of your order. This code will be sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched.

 

  • Delivery Restrictions: in regions considered at risk by the transport services, the delivery time may be longer, or the customer will be instructed to pick up the order at a specific point indicated by the carrier.

 

  • Rural areas: carriers do not deliver to rural areas, therefore, the Post Office is the best choice for deliveries to a Post Office Box.

 

  • Shipping and Sustainability: we prioritize the use of recyclable and eco-friendly packaging, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability. In addition, we encourage recycling practices, such as our partnership with "eureciclo" and "Reciclo Beleza Sustentável", which collect and recycle packaging.

 

Pay attention to the Delivery Address: make sure that the delivery address provided is correct to avoid delays. Tangerine Biocosméticos is not responsible for reshipments in cases of incorrect address.

 

International Shipping: at the moment, our delivery services are limited to the national territory.
